Private Party---11/14
What can I say????? Old Hyde Farm MADE my 50th birthday party a HUGE success. Did I say HUGE? I meant extremely HUGE!!
From their professional approach to the business side of being a band for hire to their rocking and hard playing strutting of their musical talents Mark, Joe, Nick, Ed and Sean put on a show that brought my family and friends to the feet for two plus hours of serious ROCK.
One of their concerns was could they play longer?? OMG!
From the opening song “Thank You” to the closing “Let There Be Rock” OHF jammed, jumped and romped their presence across the floors, (tables?) pumping up everyone’s energy and dance involvement.
I think they took a break, I’m not sure but I totally remember their parade through “Slowride”, “Ramble ON” and their nice grind of “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”. Watch out Mick.
There are things you do in life that really mean a lot and for my 50th mark I wanted to bring my family and friends together for an evening of food, drink and ROCK. I could have not done better once I found OHF.
After I contacted OHF Mark immediately began an email conversation with me about what I was looking for. He exchanged their most recent play list and allowed me the option to “mess with it” and send it back. He asked me what other bands I liked and after I sent him a pretty lengthy list he assured me that we would get along just fine. He was right.
I could go on for quite a bit but here’s what I can guarantee: Old Hyde Farm is a professional, musically sound band that totally rocks. I will hire them again and I will travel to see them play. They are truly great guys.
So to you Mark, Joe, Nick, Sean and Ed I “Thank You” for making my 50th party an event I will never forget.

That was some high quality road noise! Farmers rock!
Great time. The singing on the pool table makes you a true rock star. Some of the lighter stuff (i.e. Eagles) was really cool!

What a night. I have never seen the Round Up that packed and I have been going there for over 10 years. They need another bar tender when Old Hyde Farm is there. Thank you for great tunes and entertainment. Joe and Mark running from out the back door and coming back in through the front door while playing was classic! I am a Farmer!!!

You guys were awesome! We had a great time!
WOW!!! What an amazing performance! You were all great! We had a wonderful time and it was great to see the St. Perpetua supporters!

Old Hyde Farm tore it up Saturday night!!! The Zeppelin covers would have made Plant, Page, JPJ, and Bonzo proud. See you at the Round Up in October.
